Ingredients
1/4 c coconut water
2-3 fresh lemons, squeezed
1/4 c fresh grated ginger, washed and peeled
small pinch of turmeric powder
small pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a small container, high-speed blender
- Blend on highest speed for about 1 minute until ingredients are combined and evenly blended
- Slowly pour mixture over small, fine-mesh strainer into a small bowl with spout (such as a measuring cup)
- Use a small spatula or spoon to press pulp in strainer (helping to extract extra liquid).
- Pour mixture into small glass jars with lid until ready to use. Recommend storing in fridge for up to one week.
