1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
small pinch of ground black pepper
1 tsp hot water
1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 c milk (of choice)
Directions
Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat (be careful not to overheat the milk).
Combine the turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon in your favorite mug. Add a tiny pinch of black pepper with a splash of boiling/hot water.
Stir to combine all ingredients (it will form a paste).
