Nutrition Services:
Note: All services are available either virtually or in-person.
“Starter Session” 1-time Session (1 hr)
– Cost is per single session
This initial session is designed for individuals who are interested in starting a healthier diet and would like some personalized feedback to begin their journey towards better health and/or improved performance. This session will start with questions about the individual’s current eating habits, health status, cultural and food preferences, health/performance goals, personal challenges/strengths, work, and lifestyle. The session will include personalized nutrient needs and specific tips and goals to begin.
After the “Starter Session” clients have the option to choose one of the following packages:
“Sport Performance Package” 10 Week Sessions (meet 1x per week for 30 minutes)
– Cost is for 10-week session package
This package is designed for athletes (any level, any sport) looking to improve their game. Athletes have specific nutrient needs depending on their sport and individual needs. These sessions are designed to determine your specific energy needs for training, pre-game, game day, and recovery. You’ll learn and develop specific nutritional habits to practice and play at your best.
“Health and Vitality Package” 10 Week Sessions (meet 1x per week for 30 minutes)
– Cost is for 10-week session package
This package is designed for individuals who want to improve their diet and lifestyle to feel at their best. It is designed for sustainability to help you maintain good health. It will focus on your specific energy needs and help you to discover new habits and applied knowledge to meet your health goals.

“Sustainability Sessions” Weekly Sessions:
– Sessions are 30-minute sessions
– Cost is per single session
These sessions are designed for clients who may need ongoing nutritional and lifestyle support as they continue to make healthy changes to their life. The goal with these sessions is to empower the client to work towards lasting change.
“Tune-up Sessions” (as needed throughout the year):
– Sessions are 30-minute sessions
– Cost is per single session
These sessions are designed as a way to check-in with the client and make tweaks to their nutrition plan, as needed. Some examples include personalized planning for seasonal changes, vacations, holiday’s, injuries, changes in physical activity and health status, etc. These sessions offer ongoing nutritional support for the client as they go through the year.
Yoga Services:
Vinyasa Yoga/Yin Yoga/ELDOA Class:
30-minutes or 1-hr class: (3 students minimum)
30-minutes or 1-hr class Private Session (1-2 people)

Vinyasa Yoga – This style of yoga involves the union of breath with movement. These classes bring energy and vitality to the body by flowing through various poses in a uniquely sequenced class. Focus will be placed on the movement of the spine in various planes of direction followed by exercising the bodies’ extremities.
Yin Yoga – This style of yoga focuses on discipline of mind and body by slowing-down and turning inwards. Yin yoga emphasizes the exercise of deeper “yin” tissues including joints, ligaments, and connective tissues. This class is a great way to balance a more active lifestyle by bringing increased flexibility and nourishing mind and body.
ELDOA – The ELDOA are postural exercises (LOADS) that you can do yourself with the primary goal being to increase the space within a chosen articulation. As the ELDOA “create space”, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a sense of well-being and awareness. source: ELDOA Level 1 Certification Course 2023
